Game Rules
Master the art of strategic pathfinding
Objective
Be the first player to reach the opposite side of the board. Player 1 (Red) starts at the top and must reach the bottom row. Player 2 (Blue) starts at the bottom and must reach the top row.
Board Setup
The board is a 9×9 grid of cells.
Each player starts with their pawn in the center of their starting row.
Each player has 10 walls to place throughout the game.
Movement
Move your pawn one square horizontally or vertically.
Diagonal moves are not allowed unless jumping over an opponent.
You cannot move through walls.
Jumping
If your opponent is directly adjacent, you can jump over them to the cell behind (if no wall blocks).
If a wall or board edge blocks the straight jump, you may jump diagonally to either side of the opponent.
Wall Placement
Instead of moving, you can place a wall. Each wall covers two cells wide.
Walls can be horizontal or vertical. Right-click or use the rotate button to switch orientation.
Walls cannot overlap with existing walls.
You cannot completely block a player's path to their goal. At least one path must always remain open for both players.
